This eForm is for the submission of troop/service unit year-end reports. The following are key dates for the 2023-2024 reporting year:
- Financial Reporting Period: May 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024.
- Troop and Service Unit Year-End Reports: Due June 30, 2024.
- Service Unit Summary Reports: Due July 31, 2024.
This information will be shared with your Service Unit and with GSGLA staff. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact our customer care team either via customercare@girlscoutsla.org line at (213) 213-0123.

The GSGLA year-end report provides GSGLA with an overview of your troop over the past year. Within the report, troops will be asked for information regarding:
- Basic troop details
- Information about what your troop accomplished over the year (troop activities).
- What the troop leader has experienced & observed (through a survey).
- Annual troop financials (financial summary with some clarifying questions when applicable and uploading of two bank statements).

REMINDERS:
- The Troop/Group/SU Ledger Summary and Troop Monthly Financial Summary are great tools to use throughout the year to help summarize financial information.
- If your troop has more than $50, it must open a bank account. For assistance, contact the GSGLA customer care line at (213) 213-0123.
- Upon review and/or based on random troop account audits, GSGLA may contact you for additional documentation (receipts, statements, etc.), retain all receipts and documentation for a minimum of five years.
REMINDERS:
